• The above prices are inclusive of breakfast
• Special discounts for stays of three or more nights
• Single night bookings at weekends in the summer may not always be possible.

Booking conditions

• Deposit: We require a non-refundable deposit of £25 per room per night, payable by cheque or credit card
• Cancellation: If you have to cancel your stay with us within seven days of your visit, and we are not able to relet the room, we reserve the right to charge 66% of the cost of the room(s) booked
• Credit Cards: Many major cards are accepted
• Arrival & departure: Check-in time is between 5-7pm. Late arrivals should please let us know in advance. Rooms should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure
• Smoking: For the comfort of all our guests we have a No Smoking policy indoors
• Children: We point out that The Dovecot is surrounded by water, so children must be kept under close observation by their parents at all times
• Dogs: We do not allow guests to bring their dogs as our chickens range freely throughout the garden.
